From experience, we've determined what constitutes the perfect auction environment and armed with this knowledge we've created a vibrant, energetic atmosphere conducive to optimum sales activity.

Auction Fees: $600 + GST The full fee applies if the property goes to auction or is sold prior to auction. If the property is withdrawn from auction for any reason other than sale then the auction fee will be waived and a booking fee of $350 + GST will apply.

Visuals: The presentation is compiled by Cooley Marketing. All photos and floorplans need to be emailed to at least 2 weeks prior to the auction date. Each agency has a profile page on the presentation; we require your profile, any photos you would like included of yourselves and your company logo.

The RealCommercial Auction Day is conveniently positioned in the heart of the City at the recently refurbished Angel Place conference centre, 123 Pitt Street Sydney.

The auction day predominantly targets the commercial, industrial, retail and investment sales markets and is used by all the major agencies. It is the premier location to auction real estate of this kind.
