Last night the Cooley Auction Centre South East was launched! We had a great night with 5 properties submitted and 3 of those went under the Cooley Auctions gavel achieving a 60 per cent clearance rate.

A 2 bedroom character filled semi at 70 Oberon Street Randwick sold well above its reserve for $996,000 through agent Craig Sewell & Kiki Bermudez of Mint 360 Property.
