Cooley Auctions announces its biggest Super Saturday on record

Sydney's spring real estate market is finally showing signs of revival as Cooley Auctions today announced the company has recorded its biggest Saturday on record with 85 auctions booked for 29 October, contributing to an auction volume exceeding 180 auctions for the final week of the month and with these figures set to rise.

Cooley Auctions Director Damien Cooley attributed the company's increase to two key factors. "The huge volume of auctions we have booked for the last Saturday of October is a result of many properties coming onto the market with their first open for inspection to take place on Saturday 8 October - the first Saturday after the Labour Day long weekend.

"We're also continuously increasing our market share throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Region, which is testament to our exceptional team of award-winning auctioneers, as well as covering a boarder market place having successfully moved into the Illawarra region in April this year", he said.

Cooley Auctions is Sydney's leading independent real estate auctioneering company with an Eastern Suburbs market share exceeding 40 per cent, according to Australian Property Monitors.

Currently operating in the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Inner West, South West, Illawarra, and St George, Sutherland Shire and Hills District, Cooley Auctions is now in its ninth year and employs 11 auctioneers who all meet the brand's profile for being a vibrant, energetic and highly professional team.
