Cooley Auctions had good reason to celebrate this month when its auctioneers were named finalists in the 2011 REINSW Awards for Excellence – Auctioneers category.
Cooley Auctions have taken two of the four finalists positions in the REINSW Awards live auction competition with the winner to be announced at the 2011 REINSW Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner in October. They also hope to be named the two finalists to go on to represent NSW at the Australasian Championships to be held in Melbourne in September.
Cooley Auctions Director Damien Cooley was thrilled with the result. “To have two of our auctioneers take out a finalist position in a competition that recognizes the highest level of skill in this field is a real thrill and testimony to our high caliber of auctioneers. I congratulate the team on their outstanding performances in such a hotly contested competition”, said Damien.
The judging criteria included entrant’s description of the property, ability to handle the bidding, correctly answering bidder’s questions and overall presentation.
