Cooley Auctions has another merry year
Christmas is upon us and as Cooley Auction’s biggest year comes to a close it’s the perfect time to reflect on the outstanding results we’ve had the privilege of achieving together with our wonderful clients.
In 2011 Cooley Auctions:
- Performed 4,237 auctions
- Sold over $1.4 billion worth of real estate under the Cooley Auctions gavel
- Achieved an 18% market share in the Sydney metropolitan area
- Achieved a 50% clearance rate
As part of our commitment to providing you with outstanding customer service, 2011 saw the launch of our brand new website, as well as three new independent auction venues servicing St George and the Sutherland Shire, the Inner West and Illawarra.
We expanded into the Illawarra region with great success, welcomed 3 new auctioneers to the team, were finalists in the REINSW Awards for Excellence Auctioneering category and Australasian Auctioneering Championships, raised $32,000 for Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off the Streets and performed the auctions for Channel Ten’s reality TV series The Renovators.
