Cooley Auctions launches the first independent auction venue in Sydney’s south

As some of you will know, last week (Thursday 24 February) we launched our latest auction venue, the Cooley Auction Centre – South, with many of the Sutherland Shire and St George’s leading real estate agents in attendance.

The new auction venue located at Doltone House, Sylvania Waters is the south’s first auction venue to host auctions across Sutherland Shire and St George real estate agencies.

Cooley Auctions Auctioneer and New Business Consultant Andrew Cooley was thrilled to launch the new venue. “Our auction rooms cater to all real estate agencies, from boutique outfits to national franchises, and are designed to provide our clients with a sophisticated, vibrant and energetic atmosphere to achieve optimum sales. Our new rooms in the south are part of our commitment to providing our clients with outstanding customer service,” said Mr Cooley.

Agent Hayden Duncan of Sanders Noonan listed an auction on the night. “We were really impressed with the professional way the evening was conducted and the quality of the venue, not to mention the result our auction achieved. We felt the night enhanced the high caliber of service we offer our clients.”

Three auctions were listed on the night achieving a 100 per cent clearance rate with two auctions selling prior. Charity auctions were also held to mark the occasion raising $2,000 for Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off The Streets. Among the prizes donated included a Rugby League coaching clinic with NSW State Of Origin Coach Ricky Stuart, a St George and Sutherland Shire Leader Domain advertising package valued at $1,300, and Le Sands Pavillion dinner voucher valued at $300.

The Cooley Auction Centre – South is held on the last Thursday of every month with the next in-rooms to be held on Thursday 31 March 2011. Auction registrations take place from 5.30pm and auctions commence from 6.00pm. To register please call Cooley Auctions on 9326 2833
