This move will be facilitated by one of the latest auctioneers
to join the Cooley Auctions team – Jeremy Hodder. Not only is Jeremy an
outstanding auctioneer, he has an intimate knowledge of the local Illawarra
property market.
Jeremy has been a local resident of Illawarra all his
life and enjoyed a rapid rise in the real estate industry as a highly skilled
and talented Licensed Real Estate Agent over seven years. I’m extremely proud to
welcome Jeremy into our team and am confident he will achieve every
success.
Last year we achieved outstanding growth by launching into the
St George, Sutherland Shire and Hills District and experienced our biggest year
to date performing over 3,800 auctions, and reaching a Sydney metropolitan
market share of 15 per cent and 40 per cent in the Eastern Suburbs.
Currently operating in the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern
Beaches, Inner West, South West, and St George, Sutherland Shire and Hills
District, we are now in our ninth year and employ eleven auctioneers who all
meet our profile for being a young, vibrant, extremely energetic and highly
professional team of auctioneers.
