The winter months have been a testing time for real estate businesses as the property market has slowed and volume levels are down considerably. Our auction stock levels have decreased for the first time in five years of trading, with May being the first time that we have ever booked fewer auctions than the same month in the previous year. June and July followed suit with numbers being down, however the good news is that during August we saw the numbers pick up again. (read more)

Damien Cooley - Finalist in the Australasian Auctioneering Championships

Damien was a finalist at this year's Australian Real Estate Institute's Australasian Auctioneering Championships, hosted in Darwin by the REINT.

Seventeen competitors from Australia and New Zealand competed in the heats on Monday September 1, with the top four competitors from these heats going into the finals the following day. (read more)
