How good is it to have winter behind us! The winter selling season was terrific and given the strong start to the year I believe the residential market has held up very well. An auction clearance rate above 60 per cent is very healthy in any marketplace and we’re in good shape to increase this throughout spring 2010.

Cooley Auctions has had another fantastic month performing 239 auctions – an increase of 24 per cent on August 2009. In fact our auction volume this year to date is up 55 per cent on last year!
