Market Wrap: Cooley Auctions gives the market a clean bill of health

How good is it to have winter behind us! The winter selling season was terrific and given the strong start to the year I believe the residential market has held up very well. An auction clearance rate above 60 per cent is very healthy in any marketplace and we’re in good shape to increase this throughout spring 2010.

Cooley Auctions has had another fantastic month performing 239 auctions – an increase of 24 per cent on August 2009. In fact our auction volume this year to date is up 55 per cent on last year! In addition our market share has also risen, which proves the quality of our auctioneers and the quality of our service is far superior to that of our competitors. more info.
