Cooley Auctions sponsors the REINSW Novice Auctioneer Competition

We're proud to be the major sponsor of the REINSW Novice Auctioneer Competition, Eastern Suburbs Division, which is a great opportunity for budding Auctioneers to showcase their talent and take their career to the next level.

To enter you need to have conducted fewer than 10 auctions if you're an accredited auctioneer and you don't need to hold a real estate license. You'll need to find an item to be auctioned where you'll be judged on six categories – introduction, description, control of bidding, conduct of sale, voice and deportment. (read more)

Introducing the new 'resources' section of our website

To make life easier for agents, vendors and bidders we've added a resources page to our site. It provides a variety of important information, necessary documentation and legislative guidelines which will be updated regularly.

You'll find things such as tips from Damien on how to bid at auction, Authority to Bid letters, Reserve Letters and all the requisite documents to have on hand at open homes. (read more)
