Cooley Auctions announces a revival in top end real estate sale prices
Home owners of the top end real estate market can breathe a sigh of relief as Cooley Auctions witnesses the first signs of a bright turnaround for this market. With November already off to an impressive start, October brought in eight sales over $3 million with the highest sale reaching well over $6 million and September saw four sales with the highest price reaching over $4 million.
Mosman kicked off November’s top end sales with a property at 53 Wyong Road Mosman selling well above its written reserve for $6.050 million by agents Stephen Patrick of Richard and Wrench Mosman/Neutral Bay, and Alison Coopes of Agency by Alison Coopes, after a very competitive auction took place that included five registered bidders.
Cooley Auctions largest sale over the past few months was a $6.62 million home at 31 Vaucluse Road, Vaucluse on 29 October – a brilliant result selling above its written reserve price in another very competitive auction. (read more)

Cooley Auctions’ $10,000 donation secures a bright future
Completing his Higher School Certificate and developing skills as a talented sportsman is Tommy’s dream. Thanks to Cooley Auctions this dream will be realised through the $10,000 scholarship donated to the Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off The Streets foundation.
The annual Cooley Auctions Golf Classic, held earlier this year in May, raised an outstanding $35,000 for the foundation with $10,000 going to one individual as a scholarship to assist them with their education over the next two years. (read more)
